Our View
The Units at Speddyd have been granted B1 & B8 approval by Denbighshire County Council, and as a result have many potential uses. The two most obvious being light industrial use (such as small scale manufacturing) and storage and distribution. However we feel that there are many other potential uses. The buildings are discretely sited, and well constructed. As a result future tennants could use the Units for many different applications and we feel the location merits attention from both the public and private sector.
