Speddyd Rural Business Units

DESCRIPTION

The Speddyd Rural Business Units comprise 3 Industrial Units, developed to a high specification and located in the countryside with direct access onto the public thoroughfare. Each unit has incorporated a reception office and kitchen/dining together with washroom (including disabled) facilities and have been installed with Category 5 cabling (to facilitate connection to computer, telephone and CCTV systems etc).

All three of the Units have mains electricity. They also share a high capacity 3 phase generator which also acts as a backup in case of a power cut. 3 phase electricity is thus available to all three units.
